Safari and Trekking Trip Pricing

Our wildlife Safaris and Mount Kilimanjaro Trekking Trips
are individually priced and based on double occupancy.

The price depends on the number of people, choice of safari, location, number of safari days and the style of accommodation. You can choose resorts, lodges or luxury tented camps for your accommodations, depending on your budget and type of trip. All our Safaris are tailor made. We will assist you in planning your trip of a lifetime.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your space. This deposit is non-refundable. Personal checks, cash or wire transfer to our account is acceptable. Unfortunately, we don't accept credit cards yet.

Payment Methods:

You will receive a confirmation email upon making a reservation and the full payment is due 90 days before the departure date.

Reservations & Bookings:

You can make reservations by contacting us by Email or telephone (603-219-4964). Our groups are small, therefore the space is limited. We highly recommend booking your trip 3 months in advance so that we can be sure space is available and arrangements can be made.

Trip Costs:

Our safari services will include all the transportation from the airport to the lodge, campsite or hotel, all accommodations, meals, all national parks entrance fees, campsite fees, salaries for mountain guide/ safaris guide, cooks, porters, camp crew and camping equipment such as mountain hard wear tents, comfortable chairs and tables. It does not include International Flight, Visas, airport tax, travel insurance, tips or gratuities for guides, cooks, porters, beverages at the lodges or hotels and personal expenses such as gifts and other things. All meals in Tanzania are prepared for you by our expert cooks and served at your mess tent, lodge or hotel.

TIPPING:

Not normally obligatory but a tip for exceptional service - a maximum of 10% - will be greatly appreciated.

Tip $10 - 15 per day for drivers, Safari Guides, Mountain Guides and $5-10 per day for Cooks and Porters. Previous trekkers have tipped between $200-300 US per hiker and safaris.

NOTE: Serengeti Vacationland Safaris & Kilimanjaro Treks reserves the right to raise the price of your tour due the currency fluctuations, increase of National Park fees and fuel costs. Also, the company reserves the right to change your itinerary tour.
